Aug.5兒子國一升國二暑假

Through the all night long and I‘d never close my eyes. Oh~ that was tough! It was 7:00 o’clock (+2) in the morning, and the plane has got an hour to land. I’d finished four movies on the plane and I was totally tired, why didn’t I sleep? I was too tired to think this question.

We get out of the airport at about eleven thirty, and everyone was totally hungry. First, we went to the city center for a city tour…… oh wait, we had lunch at McDonalds and I ate a Big Mac. The Big Mac in Australia is different from Taiwan; it’s got more cheese and vegetable. Next, we went to a quite big hill, which you can have a great view of the Brisbane city. It’s a really cool view that tall skyscrapers only appear in the city center and the other areas only has short houses that won’t be over 3 stories. It’s very different from Taiwan. The next stop, we arrived at a city hall or something that lots of Chinese people work there. It’s four o’clock, so we get to The Gap State High School to wait for our homestays. Ian and I live in the same homestay, and we are friends. One homestay comes and goes, two, three, and four…… At last is us. What! We are the last one? Ha ha ha that’s a funny joke. Then the next one hour of waiting, we started to swear. Um… like “What a * homestay!” or “That * dummy sucks!” After an hour, the homestay comes. The black, fat lady slowly climbs out from the car and smile at us. “Uh…” I got nothing to say, and so does Ian. She walk toward us and said hello to us. Then the teacher wants us to take a photo with her and we did it. Then the fatty bring us to her home. I hope this is a good homestay. For dinner, our homestay serve us some delicious white sauce pasta and some bread. Really really tasty. It’s cold today and I’m wearing T-shirts and shorts! Oh my god! Never mind I’m ok. But there’s a bad news for us today, we got no hot water to take a shower, so I use my towel and get some cold water to wipe it on myself. That was horrible and I nearly get a cold. Too bad for me.
