I wake up a lot of times today in the morning, because I thought it’s seven. There are some people going to kayak and to Yoga. They are at two different times and when they’re preparing, it’s really loud.
Breakfast is oatmeal, so I went to get cereal instead of having oatmeal. I already ask Shelia, she said that most of the meals will be the same. On the way back to our cabin at cabin we pick up garbage on Eagle Longe and at the playfield. We barely clean our cabin, because when we get back to the cabin, we went to the Owls and play games with them. So we don’t have time to clean our cabin.
At worship, we sing a lot of new songs that we didn’t sing last week, they are also really good songs too.
At quest time, we are separate into three groups and we need to act out the water cycle. Dan and I are on the same team he’s really funny when we’re practicing. We also play the telephone game, Bryn will flip to one page and read a really long sentence and we need to pass it down. At the end, the sentence comes out with nothing same than the original sentence. But talking about Baptism is boring to me. At last, we played a little bit of a game called Big Ali, because Patrick always want to play with someone after he learns how to play.
Lunch is delicious, it’s also sandwiches. Five of us (there’s another girl called Vivian in Owl too) are forced up first by Michael and then by every counselor and some other people. It’s mostly Eu and I singing. I don’t think that they know any words that we’re singing about, but we receive the loudest cheers and the longest clap. I don’t hate to do this now, because I know that we’re going to be called up stage next week.
At camper’s choose, Eu and I went archery with Doug and Ruth. This time, I really shoot into the bull’s eye. I’m really happy, because it means that I’ve improve and it’s also fun. There is a small bee hive behind one of the target, and Doug uses more than twenty arrows and finally shoot it down and killed all of the bees.
At free time, we first went back to our cabin and count how many pieces of garbage we picked up and we picked up 132 pieces of garbage! Later, we went to the dinning hall and get a free pop from Doug, a free candy bar from Michael and we also eat our chips. We got half full, but at dinner, I also eat two pieces of pizza and have milk.
At the International café, we also need to act out the folk tales, they’re mostly the same. This time, we got an Australia one, I think it’s boring. I like the Chinese one that the falcons get, because it’s Chinese. The senior highs also dance a New Zealand Warrior Dance that they’ve made up. The sailors also act out how did the New Zealand Islands from.
We don’t have adventure unit night today, Kate come to our cabin and play some song and a song ‘The Trade’ to us. ‘The Trade’ is a song that she made by herself. It is a great song, she is so smart, she can write songs by herself!
